Fast response and easy installation.

Only downloaded this stupid app because I had to for work. Perfectly happy with Authy but NOOO, they had to pick Duo. Whatever.

The iPhone app works very well and I have never had an issue. If we are talking only the iPhone app this would be rated 5 stars. However, when I receive notification on the Watch to approve, I can select Approve, the notification goes away and MAYBE 50% of the time it actually works. Other times I have to either resend the push request, generate a code from the Watch or approve on my phone. Fix this issue and this would be rated 5 stars.

The iPhone app works great and is very easy to use. Nothing but positive experience using Duo!

Works great for personal and work!

I made an error when I first signed up for DUO by entering my spouses number by mistake and so my security codes are sent to her phone and not mines. Even after I changed the number on the admin section still nothing. Ive been in contact with DUO and they provide no solution to my problem. How can you secure something and not allow me access to it. Unacceptable. They should have someway to override this kinds of problems.

Title says it all. I love this on my phone, but its ridiculous on the iPad in full screen. Why switch apps to authenticate when I could just slide this over? Sadly thats not a feature. Also, while push works great, it only works with the first device you register. It would be nice to have it push to all registered devices at once.

Doesnt work at all for the iwatch :....(. Help us Obi Juan your our only hop3.

Does what it needs to do on the iPhone. Watch support is crap. The notification appears on the watch but by the time I tap Approve, it has already timed out. Sometimes after about 4 or 5 attempts it will work but its very frustrating.

I tried generating a passcode to enter on my iPad and would not work, I had to have them call me instead to access my account

Im not sure whats up with the bad reviews. Ive been using this for several versions now and it works great. Approvals via my watch work just fine too. Perfectly happy.

This is an impossible app to make work and no tech support to assist. Simply does not work- dont bother with this bug trap.

It looks like the watch app is completely broken again with iOS 10 and watch OS 3.

Every time, I need to unlock the phone to pass the veeification. super bad.

The app can no longer approve from the lock screen, and apple watch doesnt work. Will there be an app update coming soon?

I was sent access code 3 times, entered 3 times and you still say I havent registered. this app is a waste of space on my ipad, it may work on other devices but not ipad

This app is very secure, dont go on the review above. This app works like a charm. Each time you login it can verify login info using 3 ways push notification, call and messages. This is very usefull for someone who know how to use it.

I am required by university to use this each time I login super computer. I use it so often, and find that it takes so long time and tedious to tap at each request and tap authorize, especially when I have 4 to 8 requests at one time. Could you please offer users an option to always automatically authorize all requests at certain timeframe or a function like "authorize all"? It will make a big difference to users like me.
