The October 28 Apple Watch update resulted in Duo not sending the "Accept" / "Reject" buttons to the watch. Now only the numeric code appears! Disappointing!

VPN takes forever to connect to. This app is terrible.

New iOS requires at least two actions to authenticate.

For approving multiple connections, the Watch app only catches the first approval request. Any other pending approvals you will need to see on your phone. Not very useful.

This app has no friends.

Only works about half the time. Its slow when it does work.

Works quickly when authenticating and extremely easy to use.

Works great and smooth for my jobs required 2 factor authentication system as long as you have a fairly decent cellular service signal. If you dont it also offers a passcode list option.

I have to use this access websites at school and work. No issues here.

Worked a few weeks and then I got the SILENT TREATMENT. Even tried to reset password and sent myself ---push-text-///and had app call my phone. Well actually it did none of the above. For that, 1 star cause no option for 0.

The Duo Watch app doesnt work at all. I just always get a message saying to add an account on my phone, but I have a functioning account on my phone.

Rarely works the first time. Typically tells me there are no accounts and tells me to add an account on my phone. After closing it and reopening it a couple times it finally shows all my accounts.

Push notifications do not work in iOS 9

DUO Mobile works fine. I have been using DUO Mobile on my iPhone several times a day for several months without any problems.

I have used this app without incident for weeks. But iOS 9 released and exposed a huge UX bug. With the #@&$ font changes in iOS 9 the code was not readable. It was truncated. I thought, ok fine, ill just rotate the screen...not. Total fail on Duos part. They dont support screen rotation. Thats pretty silly. Its a simple API folks.

After updating to iOS 9, when I edit my list of tokens to better organize my items, there are now duplicates!

Slack made me download it for two-step auth. It refused to even open on my device, crashing dozens of times in a row. Congrats! This is officially the worst app ever :D

Just upgraded my phone via an encrypted iTunes backup & restore and Duo lost all my configuration information, however, Google Authenticator did not. Now I have to carry two devices until I get that sorted out. What a crappy user experience Duo! It would also be nice to be able to have a push dialogue that takes a single touch to approve similiar to the Apple ID 2FA dialogue box. Please work on that!

I moved to a new phone (with an encrypted iTunes backup) and the keys did not move to my new phone. Not cool.

Im not sure which end it the problem, ios9 or the watch os2, but the watch app doesnt function anymore. The key shows up, but clicking on it does nothing until the app is opened from the phone, which defeats the purpose of even having the watch app...
