It used to work but not anymore on ios9 and watch os2.

The watch apps works and then it doesnt. It works and then it doesnt. There is nothing worse than an inconsistent security app. Fix this ASAP or you will lose customers. Why dont people spent $99 to be beta testers and get things ready for new versions? Makes you look like amateurs.
I use Verisign VIP / Symantec VIP or RSA mobile - however DUO fills the gap for accounts that do not work with either. It crashed this morning, until I updated it. Our corporate server blocks automatically updated apps and by policy updates certain apps continuously, but personal apps must be updated manually. We do it to manage space on devices. We may force an update if its a CVE Vulnerability.
I like the idea of not having to type anything in for 2fa. What would make this 5 stars is pebble watch support!
So I use this everyday for work and just based on the reviews I feel like Im the only lucky one here. It always works great for me and when I bought my Apple Watch I was surprised that I could allow from my watch. That was a really cool feature. I use this for 2 environments daily and never ever have problems. So kudos to the dev thumbs up from me.
I needed 2FA for a public-facing remote desktop system. I set up Duo in five minutes. The other 25 minutes of troubleshooting was my fault for not reading the documentation regarding Microsoft accounts instead of local accounts. Great product, fantastic experience so far. Free for personal use is also a huge plus.
Got a new phone and I cant even use the app now...was annoying to begin with but now I can definitively say that its a total piece of sh*t.
I get the notification on my watch to approve my login, but when I press approve nothing makes it back to the server.
Makes 2-factor auth pretty painless. Watch portion doesn’t work most of the time. I’d get the notification, but the approval never makes it back to the phone. I’d have to then launch the app on the phone and approve that way.
Duo Push is awesome. Only flaw is after iOS 9 update and move to my new 6s+ - you cant re-order items. Its still not fixed either after all this time. Can we get that fixed please ?
Love the ability to approve requests from the notification pull-down & lock screen with touchID
Apple Watch functionality doesnt work yet
Great phone app but they should kill the Apple Watch app as it only works 3 out 10 times, making it effectively useless.
The app on the iphone is great as it is, improvements are welcomed and should be encouraged. But on the Apple Watch Duo Mobile is basically unusable. 99% of the time I am unable to manually get my security codes from it because the app is forever stuck on the "loading" screen. Connectivity between the app on the iphone and on the AW is abysmal. Consistent loading issues that leaves you second guessing whether the app was made properly at all. Seems more like they rushed this unusable feature, rather than putting the time to properly develope it. Duo Dev team, if you are going to make something for the Apple Watch then make sure it works 100% of the time. Especially for something that seems so simple as accessing security codes. We arent trying to play a game on it. Get your stuff together or some other competitor will for you.
I get alerts on the watch with an approve button, but the button doesnt seem to do anything. I need to get out my phone and approve from there every time.
The title above is not an exaggeration. I usually have to re-enter the code multiple times.
Quick tip for anybody that didnt know- you can swipe left on the notification on the lock screen to log in without even opening the app! Makes the 2nd factor so much faster.
Have never successfully approved a connection with the watch app. Phone app works great.
App works great when using it just on your phone. However it would be really nice if the apple watch notifications worked correctly so I didnt have to even use my phone. Please fix.
Please fix the functionality of the watch. It should be seamless to approve a login request from the wrist and not have to dig out your phone.
