Makes my day difficult - no fingerprint recognition

This app makes my life painful. Theres gotta be a better solution out there!

Buggy app, need to delete and reinstall

This app stopped working after being used for a couple of weeks. IT told me that I needed to delete and reinstall due to known issues with the app. On top of this, the app already works inconsistently. Please fix.

Havent been having problems lately

I know other folks complain about the watch app not working, and I did have problems when it first came out, but its working perfectly for me now. I use an OpenVPN-AS integration for secure access to servers at work, and its pretty amazing. Talk about 007-cool tech.

So many trouble!!!

The school requires us to use this login. But it brings a lot of trouble for simple login, I couldnt login without my phone without signal! Stupid idea of creating this app.

great iPhone app, TERRIBLE watch app

The Apple Watch app works probably 15% of the time. Most of the time I press approve from my watch and nothing happens. This is a MUST fix.

I HATE THIS APP WITH A BURNING PASSION

Our school made us get this for "extra security" for our online blackboard. my first acceptance to log on never works and I always have to have a second push sent to my phone. I lost my phone one day and guess what, I couldnt access my school work because there is no back up login. And to top it all off, we CANT CANCEL SIGNING UP FOR THIS. So Im stuck with this god awful app until I graduate. This is the worst thing in existence.

So easy to use

I appreciate how easy it is to use. I am also not a huge techie and still found it easy to install and hook up to all my apps.

Fab-u-lous Watch Support

Duo works just fine on the cell phone and the ability to get codes when not connected to any network is a killer feature, but the Apple watch is where Duo really shines. I can respond to Duo push verification on the watch even without the watch app installed or with the watch app installed I can use the watch as a token and get code that work instantly. This makes 2 factor even easier than before.

Duo Rocks

Killer app!! Management is intuitive and very user friendly. I highly recommend.

Fu

U mfkers. Get this sht to work with lastpass!!!!! Fu fu fu

requires me to accept twice

It makes me accept it two times on my phone if I’ve pre-opened the app. It does not allow the first swipe from the lock screen either- makes me key in my password and sends me a second notice that I have to accept as well. I’m pretty sure that’s not what 2-step notification is supposed to be about. Just one more irritation.

Infringes on more security than it saves

The web app forces to you run all JavaScript, run without a pop-up blocker, run without an ad blocker and to accept cookies from every site without a prompt. Even setting your browser to accept cookies from sites you visit intentionally DUO will not work unless you accept every cookie automatically. Moreover, its a huge pain in the butt to have to find your phone every time you need to log in for work, but if someone steals your phone and connects to the protected site on company wifi DUO just lets them right in. Their sales pitch is "frustrate the bad guys, not your users" in reality its the exact opposite of that.

Dismal Apple Watch Functionality

This app is okay for mobile use, but for the Apple Watch, it is heinous. The push request takes forever to get to the watch, then once you click "approve" nothing happens and the process times out.

Apple Watch fix needed

Apple Watch fixed needed. Makes 2factor auto seamless! When it works, 2factor via Apple Watch is amazing. Makes me want to 2factor even my useless accounts. But alas, it doesnt work. Youll get the watch notification, but approving it doesnt do anything in the app. You still have to approve in your phone. Duo blames ios9 for the issues, but thats been out since September 2015!

Works

Could use a tweak: allow the app to auto rotate according to my orientation, cause its a PITA to use otherwise. Thank u

iOS 9.3 fixed watch slowness!

Looks like there must have been a bug in iOS or watchOS but iOS 9.3 and watchOS 2.2 have fixed any Apple Watch slowness and made it very snappy again!

Watch

Newest update to WatchOS and iOS seems to fix the issue.

Lock Screen Approval Not Working

Great app. The only problem I have is that with the most recent version, when I swipe left to approve/deny a push from the lock screen, I am still required to unlock my phone. I dont see how this is really any different from lock screen notifications in the previous version which, when swiped left, forced you to unlock the phone and open the app. Lock screen behavior: Previous version was swipe, unlock phone, approve/deny from app. Current version is swipe, approve/deny from lock screen, unlock phone. Same number of steps required either way. It would be nice to be able to approve/deny without having to unlock phone.
